SECOND WARNING (STRIKE 2)<br>&nbsp;<br>&#8211; You have done it again or failed to improve.<br>&#8211; You receive a strict rebuke and possibly restrictions.<br>&#8211; &#8220;This is your last chance!&#8221;<br>&nbsp;<br>3.
