THE 3-STRIKES SYSTEM (RULES OF ORDER)
“Anyone who breaks the laws receives a warning. Three times and you are out!”
1. FIRST WARNING (STRIKE 1)
– You have made a mistake or broken a rule.
– You receive a verbal or written reprimand.
– “Be careful, next time it will be serious!”
2. SECOND WARNING (STRIKE 2)
– You have done it again or failed to improve.
– You receive a strict rebuke and possibly restrictions.
– “This is your last chance!”
3. EXCLUSION (STRIKE 3)
– The third time is the limit.
– You will be blocked and excluded.
– You lose all rights, your credits, and your place in the community.
– “Those who do not build with us cannot be with us!”
